American Social Security Disability Experts (ASSDE) is a Social Security Advocacy company. We have vast experience in Disability case processing, developing, and winning claims for individuals with significant medical/psychological problems. ASSDE only represents people with SSA (Social Security Administration) Disability claims.
Statistics indicate that people who have expert representation have a much better chance of winning Disability benefits. We have developed and/or represented thousands of cases across the country, insuring the earliest possible win on your behalf. We want to help you get the disability benefits you deserve.
With university degrees in Social Work, Counseling and Social Change, combined with representing and developing Disability claims since 1982, Dr. Roger Oberts utilizes his rehabilitation background, as well, to a very commendable win ratio. We've earned the respect of Social Security and countless clients who come to us for expert advocacy assistance.
One of the Keys to our success is what we call "Early Intervention" - getting all parties involved as early as possible. The earlier we have total involvement, the earlier benefits can be awarded.
We coordinate everything for the client, including in most cases never having to go to a local Social Security office. We initiate all the paper forms needed and request the vocational evidence as necessary to support the claim.
If an Administrative Law Hearing is required, we will go with the client. Prior to the review, all claims receive an evaluation of all medical evidence; a review of the case summary; a hearing brief will be written in support of benefits; a pre-hearing conference will take place insuring the client understands the hearing experience; and personal/professional representation at the hearing before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ).
We are on the clients' side. Disability development and representation is our only business. There is no fee charged unless the client wins. All fees are approved by the government for the clients' protection.
